Anyone can overnight a babka. But babka that’s been in a box for two days isn’t fresh, and Shabbos should have fresh bread. So every Thursday this summer, Avital drives the route herself and puts the babka straight into your hands — up the mountain, colony by colony.
Chocolate every week. One rotating flavor that’s here for one Thursday, then gone. Order by Wednesday and we set yours aside.

Every Thursday this summer, Avital drives fresh babka up the mountain. Chocolate babka is guaranteed every week. The rotating flavor — announced Wednesday — is set aside for preorders only. We don’t bake extras. Your order is held; you pick it up at your colony’s stop. Container (your Thursday table) or gift box (for your host) — your call at order time.

Preorders close Wednesday night for that Thursday’s run. Reserved orders are set aside — we don’t bake extras.
What’s in the lineup each week?
Chocolate babka always, one rotating flavor that changes weekly, and the week’s cookie. Wednesday’s reveal tells you the rotating flavor.
Container or gift box?
Your choice at preorder — a plastic container for your own Thursday table, or a fancy gift box for the hosts you’re eating by.
Is it kosher?
Yes — certified, and clear about it. Chocolate babka is pareve; any dairy in a rotating flavor is marked in that week’s reveal.
