What is Pas Yisrael?

A Jew was involved in the baking, specifically in lighting or managing the oven. It's a chumra held by many Ashkenazim and Sephardim, and it applies to everything we make.

Is the kitchen really pareve?

Yes. No dairy equipment on premises, period.

What about your dairy items?
